For the purpose of these conditions, a STARTUP is defined as a company that meets all of the following criteria:

Up to 3 years of activity since incorporation;

Total assets (Balance Sheet) up to €100,000;

Annual turnover up to €300,000 as of 31st December 2025;
-
Up to 30 employees.
If a STARTUP is less than 3 years old but exceeds two of the three financial or staffing thresholds in the previous year, it no longer qualifies as a STARTUP.
