Extensive and relevant experience in IT processes, IT audit, Third-Party Assurance, Cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, data assurance and transformation processes.


Over the last years, Luis has been working and developing his practice within several industries (e.g. Oil & Gas, Financial Services and Telco’s) with focus on helping clients implementing and being in compliance with several frameworks and external regulations like ITIL, Cobit, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, NIST CSF, EBA Guidelines (ICT & security risk management; outsourcing arrangements), ESMA Guidelines (Cloud Outsourcing Guidelines).

André Castro began his assignment in the CIS Directorate of the Air Force  in February 2018 as the Cyber Defense Chief.

 

Before this assignment he was stationed in the Air Force Academy as CIS Chief and previously in the Combined Air Operations Centre 10 (CAOC10) for 11 years as the INFOSYS and INFOSEC Officer for NATO Networks.

 

Previously, he was the senior systems administrator for the Military and Technical Centre Network in Ota (CFMTFA) for three years.
 

He has a Masters from Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa in Computer Science.

Rui Jorge Rego is a Lawyer, graduated in Law from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa in 1998.

Attended a postgraduate at Estudos Europeus na Universidade de Lisboa and currently attends a postgraduate in management at Iseg, Lisbon School of economics.

He always congregate the practice of law with and entrepreneurship.

He was a partner in two companies in the restoration sector moving on to the leadership of the sports area, where he was responsible for a Futsal team and later National Director of the Special Olympics Portugal program.
